We process the contact and company details, production requirements, comments and optional specification file you submit to select equipment, prepare a quotation and communicate about your request. Submitting the form is not a purchase.

Request records and files are stored outside the public website. Technical security information is used to prevent abuse. Anonymous page and form event counters do not contain the contents of your request.

The working retention period is 180 days, unless a different period is needed to perform a concluded contract. You may contact the privacy email to request access, correction or deletion of the details you supplied. Do not attach unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Requests go to METALIQ, not directly to manufacturers. Technical requirements may be shared with manufacturers without your contact details unless you separately agree otherwise. Notification emails pass through the email provider; no external CRM is currently connected. Before connecting any external system, the operator must update this notice with service providers, storage countries and transfer conditions. A necessary session cookie protects the form, and a temporary network-address hash is used to limit spam. No advertising cookies are used by default.
